$75 per new HYPMIND script

Insurance

You are responsible for the full cost of the session payable at the end of each session. Many clients choose to put a credit card on file that is run at the end of each session. 
 
At the end of each month, I submit claims to some insurance companies. If you have coverage through your insurance provider, they will typically reimburse you directly. It is important that you contact them before our first session to learn about your benefits. The CPT codes I typically submit are 90834 (individual therapy) and 90847 (family therapy). You can ask your insurance company how much they will reimburse you for these codes provided by an "out-of-network" provider.
 
If you would like me to develop a customized HYPMIND script for you, I will charge $75 per script for the time it takes me (outside of session time) to create the script.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards (except American Express) accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
